You could always use some product, not considered steroids, such as any weight gainer.... Mega mass, or any of those. They make you fat though if you don't watch it. Or, you could start eating like a pig, but start putting uo some cardio. I'd say that considering your age and weight, you'll have a hard time trying to put up some weight, but not impossible.

I know you said you don't work out but you can put on some weight if you did. Increase your calorie intake and workout. There are some good supplements that can help also.

Eat more, move around less.

Jesus. This isn't rocket science.

If you need to gain pure muscle it's another story; but you said you don't workout.

Is this what you are shooting for?

You could try the Morgan Spurlock method.

Dude, I was in the same situation. When I got out of HS I was 5'9 weighing 110lbs. I went to the gym hardcore and put on some muscles and now I weigh about 165lbs. I went as high as 180lbs but I couldnt carry the weight too well. I play all types of sport and being too big didnt help so I cut back on the protein shake and did some hardcore cardio til I got to 165. Now, I just try to maintain it.

Go to the gym, eat healthy, and do cardio. Putting on nasty weight is worthless. You want some lean muscle and weigh what you want to weigh. You should be able to gain 5lbs easy your first 3 months, if you eat and excerise right. But after that, the gain is gonna be less and less.

Stick with it and good luck.
